Meet Elena

Elena Salaks | Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

Elena Salaks, Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at GECH Enterprises

I'm a resourceful generalist who loves people, solving problems, and figuring out how things work (and how they could work better).

Over the past 20 years, I've worked across finance, HR, recruiting, product and program management, and organizational development. I spent 15 of those years at Microsoft, most recently leading a team of product and program managers in an engineering organization.

I've always enjoyed connecting the dots between people, processes, and business needs. I love rolling up my sleeves, understanding how things work, and finding opportunities to make them better. And because people are at the heart of every organization, I care deeply about workplace culture. I've seen firsthand how the way people work together influences both employee experience and business outcomes.

Today, through GECH, I bring that experience and curiosity to organizations and individuals looking for a practical partner and a fresh perspective.

I'm also a certified career coach and pursuing a PhD in Organizational Psychology, continuing to explore what helps people and organizations thrive.
